You'll find The GKN International Leadership Development Programme is structured in 2 phases, taking you from your initial application and interview right through to your first leadership role and beyond.
In the first phase, we start by exploring your aspirations and expectations with you, before matching you to the right opportunities. Naturally, we're looking for high potential candidates who can add value to our business.
You then spend up to 18 months developing core skills in real situations. Expect to face real issues, solve real problems and know the real satisfaction of bringing real change.
Phase 2 brings a permanent role within our business. You spend five years on a fast track to becoming one of the managers who will shape our future successes. Throughout, your progress is monitored and discussed with you - and you have a genuine say in how your career with us should progress.
