Applying online is the best way. Don't wait for the deadlines (UK 31st December and US 30th September) before completing an application. Apply early and you could pass through the whole selection process and have a decision within a few months. Once your application has been individually reviewed by one of our managers, we'll get back to you very quickly with a decision.

Following a preliminary interview, you may be invited to a Selection Centre. These friendly events give you the chance to get to know us, and for us to know you. It also gives you ample opportunity to learn about GKN and the ILDP programme. You will know our decision two weeks after the Selection Centre.

We want you to have enough information to be able to decide whether we are right for you. So if we make you an offer and you accept, we will ask you to come in before joining us to discuss your initial development, your language options, which start date and to decide on your first project.
